Community Guidelines

1. Our Mission

Cosplex is a creative platform built to empower creators and communities to share original, inspiring, and responsible content.
We believe in free expression, but we also have to protect our users, advertisers, and partners.
These guidelines explain what is and isn’t allowed on Cosplex and apply to all users and content.

Violations may lead to content removal, demonetization, suspension, or permanent account termination.

 

2. Age & Audience

Cosplex is designed for users 16 years of age or older.
Creators must ensure that all content is appropriate for a general audience (16+) and suitable for advertising partners.

 

3. General Rules of Conduct

You agree to:

  • Treat other members with respect.

  • Follow all applicable laws.

  • Only upload content you own or have rights to share.

  • Avoid misleading, spammy, or harmful behavior.

 

4. Prohibited Content

? Adult or Sexually Explicit Material

  • Pornography, sexual acts, or sexually suggestive poses focused on nudity or genitals are not allowed.

  • Explicit fetish content or erotic ASMR is prohibited.

  • Artistic or educational nudity is permitted only if it is non-sexualized and contextually appropriate (e.g., documentary, art piece) and must be age-restricted by Cosplex staff.

? Violence & Harm

  • Graphic violence, gore, or violent injury depictions are prohibited.

  • Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or animal abuse is not allowed.

  • Threats or incitement to violence toward others will result in immediate suspension.

? Hate Speech & Harassment

  • Content that attacks or demeans individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality is not permitted.

  • No bullying, harassment, or targeted abuse of any kind.

⚖️ Illegal Activities

  • Content promoting or depicting criminal acts, weapons sales, illegal drugs, or underage drinking/smoking is not permitted.

  • Do not use Cosplex to solicit, distribute, or link to illegal material.

? Scams & Misleading Content

  • No spam, click-bait, fake giveaways, or fraudulent schemes.

  • Misrepresentation of identity or impersonation of another person or brand is prohibited.

? Intellectual Property

  • Only upload content you created or have permission to use.

  • Respect copyrights, trademarks, and publicity rights.

? Protection of Minors

  • Content involving minors must comply with all child-safety laws and feature only age-appropriate material.

  • Sexualization or exploitation of minors will result in permanent removal and reporting to authorities.

 

5. Advertiser-Friendly Content Standards

To remain eligible for ads and brand partnerships, uploaded content should:

  • Be suitable for a general audience (16+).

  • Avoid profanity, adult humor, sexually suggestive themes, or graphic descriptions.

  • Avoid excessive violence, drug references, or controversial politics.

  • Respect cultural and religious sensitivities.

  • Be honest, accurate, and not sensationalized for shock value.

If your content violates these rules, it may remain visible but be demonetized (no ads served).

 

6. Community Features

Comments, messages, and other interactions must follow the same standards:

  • No harassment, hate, or spam.

  • Do not post personal information about others (doxxing).

  • Report inappropriate behavior via our built-in tools.

 

7. Reporting & Enforcement

  • Users can flag content that violates these guidelines.

  • Our moderation team reviews all reports.

  • We may remove content or suspend accounts at our discretion.

  • Repeated or severe violations may lead to permanent bans.

 

8. Appeals

If you believe your content or account was removed by mistake, you may appeal by contacting support@cosplex.io.
Provide the post link, your username, and a brief explanation. We’ll review and respond promptly.

 

9. Monetization Eligibility

Only creators who consistently follow these Guidelines and our Terms of Service are eligible for monetization programs (subscriptions, tips, ad revenue).
Violations may lead to:

  • Temporary or permanent loss of monetization features.

  • Removal from ad programs or partner networks.

 

10. Updates

We may update these Guidelines to reflect evolving community standards or advertising requirements.
Changes will be announced through email or in-app notifications.
