Cosplex Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cosplex (“the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use Cosplex.

 

2. Eligibility

To use Cosplex, you must be at least 16 years of age.
By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are 16 years of age or older; and

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement (or have parental/guardian consent if required by local laws).

We reserve the right to request age verification and to restrict or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and

  • All activity that occurs under your account.

You must not share your account or use another person’s account without authorization.

 

4. Content and Creator Responsibility

Cosplex allows creators to upload and share original content.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant Cosplex a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and display it for platform functionality and promotional purposes.

All users agree that:

  • Content must comply with our Community Guidelines and all applicable laws.

  • Content must be advertiser-friendly, meaning it must not include pornography, sexually explicit material, graphic violence, hate speech, or other material unsuitable for brands or minors.

  • Creators are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the content they share.

Cosplex reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to the community or advertisers.

 

5. Subscriptions, Monetization, and Payments

Creators may earn revenue through features such as subscriptions, tips, or ad revenue sharing.
All payment terms, fees, and payout cycles are described in our Monetization Policy and subject to change.
Cosplex may withhold or reverse payments for violations of these Terms, fraud, or chargebacks.

 

6. Privacy

We collect and use your information as described in our [Privacy Policy].
By using Cosplex, you consent to such collection and use.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Cosplex—including text, graphics, code, and design—are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content from Cosplex without proper authorization.

Creators may not upload content that infringes upon another party’s intellectual property rights.

 

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Upload, post, or distribute pornographic or sexually explicit material.

  • Promote violence, self-harm, terrorism, or hate speech.

  • Harass, bully, or threaten others.

  • Post misleading, fraudulent, or spam content.

  • Engage in illegal activity, including gambling, drug promotion, or copyright infringement.

  • Attempt to bypass security systems, hack accounts, or scrape data.

  • Post content that violates the privacy or rights of others.

  • Use Cosplex to distribute malware, phishing schemes, or harmful software.

  • Engage in activity that disrupts the platform or damages our reputation.

Violation of these terms may result in content removal, demonetization, suspension, or permanent account termination.

 

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Cosplex, without notice, if you breach these Terms, violate laws, or act in a way that harms other users or advertisers.

 

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Cosplex is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or uninterrupted access.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Cosplex or third-party services connected to it.

 

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms periodically.
The latest version will always be available on the Platform, and continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
